Vinaigrette

Basic vinaigrette sauce (a.k.a. French Dressing) with variations.
Ingredients

FAIRTRADE lemons
100 ml
Zaytoun FAIRTRADE olive oil
5 ml
salt
a good pinch
french mustard
4
cloves garlic
50 ml
white wine vinegar
50 ml
water
Method
Preparation
Skin the garlic and crush.
Juice the lemons and discard the pith and peel.
Put all ingredients in a food mixer and blend at high speed until thoroughly combined.
Keep in a sealed jar.
To serve
Shake well before using.
Variations
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Use balsamic vinegar.
French Dressing
Use the standard vinaigrette recipe.
Linseed Vinaigrette
Use Flax Oil.
