Rooibos Champagne Cocktail

Quantities given make approximately 50 125 ml glasses of cocktail.

Ingredients
1 litre
Fruit Passion FAIRTRADE orange juice
1 litre
Fruit Passion FAIRTRADE apple juice
50
FAIRTRADE rooibos teabags
3 x 75 cl bottles
champagne
30 g
FAIRTRADE caster sugar
50
ice cubes
Method
Preparation
Use the 50 teabags to make 2 litres of Rooibos tea, allow to cool with the bags in.
Once cool, remove the bags and sweeten with the sugar.
Add the orange juice and the apple juice.
Add the ice cubes.
To serve
Pour 75 ml (approx) into each flute and top up with the champagne.
Variations
For people unable to drink alcohol, substitute sparkling mineral water, or for sweet toothed people, lemonade, in place of the champagne.
