Ingredients

100 gm
cheese of your choice
2
medium tomatoes
a few
lettuce leaves
a quarter

Method

Preparation

Wash and shake dry the salad material

Slice the tomatoes.

Cut the chosen cheese into chunks.

Cut the lemons into quarters.

Assembly

Place the tomatoes on one side of the plate, and the lettuce leaves on the other.

Assemble the cheese and olives in the middle on top of the salad bed.

Place the lemon segment on the edge of the plate.

Serve with

  • slices of fresh bread
  • red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • FAIRTRADE Olive oil
  • FAIRTRADE black pepper
  • FAIRTRADE white wine
  • Zaytoun Za'atar FAIR TRADE Herbs and spices mixture

Meze: Serve a wine to match the strength of the cheese flavour.

Variation
