Cheese and fennel dip


A fennel-flavoured creamy cheese dip from Greece.


200 g
feta cheese
300 ml
Greek-style yoghurt
60 g
green fennel fronds
to taste
salt and pepper



Crumble the feta cheese into a small to medium bowl.

Add the yoghurt and mix using the back of a fork and / or spoon, until the cheese and yoghurt are combined.

Wash and chop the fennel.

Mix the fennel into the creamy cheese.

Check the taste and add extra salt and some pepper as necessary.

Chill to serve.
