The sharpness of the onion sets off the blandness of the cheese.

Ingredients

200 gm
red leicester cheese
1
medium onion
100 ml
light mayonnaise
to taste
salt
to taste

Method

Preparation

Peel the onion and chop fine.

Grate the cheese into a bowl.

Add the mayonnaise and mix well.

Chill for 30 minutes in the fridgerator

To serve

Use as a filling for sandwiches or jacket potatoes.
