hot radishes

Dressing
Ingredients
20 ml
Zaytoun FAIRTRADE Palestinian olive oil
60 ml
red wine vinegar

FAIRTRADE lemon
large pinch
salt
to taste
FAIRTRADE ground black pepper

Method

Preparation

Food

Top and tail the cucumber, slice lengthwise into quarters and chop into 1 cm chunks.

Top and tail the radishes and slice thinly.

Chop the tomatoes into chunks comparable to the cucumber chunks.

Dressing

Juice the lemon and discard the skin.

Assembly

Mix the prepared salad ingredients together, gently, in a mixing bowl.

Mix the oil, vinegar and lemon juice together in a small bowl, and season with the salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and turn.

Chill for at least one hour before serving.

To serve

Serve well chilled.
